All complaints are investigated by LEG. The complaint investigator may request clarification from the accused person and, if satisfied of the facts, may recommend disciplinary action. Complaints may also be referred to the IS for processing. The IS is responsible for taking appropriate disciplinary action, including warning, suspension or dismissal.
